Sci-Fun

Sci-Fun is a program in which hands on activities are used to teach complex science concepts in a simple manner.

The program is inspired by Mr. Arvind Gupta’s ideas, organised by Associate professor of GVM’S Dr. Dada Vaidya College of Education, Dr. Anna Neena George.

The programme is conducted by a team of science students and is called the Sci-Fun group.

I participated for Sci-Fun program in three schools i.e.Pragati High School,Borim;Juna Bazaar Government High School,Ponda and Shree Sharada English High School,Sanvordem.

My next Sci-Fun  visit was to Juna Bazar Government High School,Ponda.I was in Sci-Fun group 1.

In this school,I demonstrated my Sci-Toy,i.e.the Balloon Bench which is a physics concept in two classrooms. The basic principle of the Balloon Bench is pressure as a function of surface area.
